By booking and renting a bike from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The bike is used at your own risk and must be handled with care.
- The renter is responsible for the bike and any included equipment (helmet, lock and any other equipment) throughout the rental period.
- The bike must be kept under supervision or locked whenever it is left unattended.
- In the event of theft, loss or damage caused by negligence, the renter may be held liable for the costs.
- The bike must be returned no later than the end of the booked rental period, in the same condition as when it was collected.
- A helmet is included in the rental and we recommend wearing it throughout your bike ride.
- After your ride – please return the bike to its designated bike rack.
- Place the helmet in the bike basket, cover the basket with the rain cover and secure it with the elastic band. Lock the bike using the combination lock.
