By booking and using the sauna, you agree to the following terms and safety instructions:

• The sauna is self-service. Guests are responsible for lighting the fire and starting the sauna. Allow approximately 30 minutes for it to heat up.
• The sauna is used at your own risk. The person booking is responsible for their group and ensuring everyone follows these instructions.
• Start the fire using only the provided firelighters. Never use other fuels or flammable liquids.
• Keep flammable items away from the stove and supervise children at all times.
• Only pour water onto the stove stones, never into the firebox. For essential oils, mix a few drops with water in the ladle before pouring over the stones. Don’t add oils directly to the water bucket.
• Refill the water bucket from the lidded barrel outside and close the lid after use.
• Surfaces may be hot or slippery. Avoid touching the stove and stones. Take breaks, drink water and leave if you feel unwell or overheated. Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Before leaving, let the fire burn down to embers naturally. Never extinguish it with water. Keep all flammable materials away from the stove.
• Wipe down the benches and sweep the floor after use. Leave the sauna clean and tidy. Additional charges may apply for damage caused by negligence or excessive cleaning.
• Report any damage, malfunction or accidents to Katbay as soon as possible on +46 70 783 86 20 by phone, text or WhatsApp.

By booking and renting a bike from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The bike is used at your own risk and must be handled with care.
• The renter is responsible for the bike and any included equipment (helmet, lock and any other equipment) throughout the rental period.
• The bike must be kept under supervision or locked whenever it is left unattended.
• In the event of theft, loss or damage caused by negligence, the renter may be held liable for the costs.
• The bike must be returned no later than the end of the booked rental period, in the same condition as when it was collected.
• A helmet is included in the rental and we recommend wearing it throughout your bike ride.
• After your ride – please return the bike to its designated bike rack.
• Place the helmet in the bike basket, cover the basket with the rain cover and secure it with the elastic band. Lock the bike using the combination lock.
• If you notice any problems with the bike or if an accident occurs, please notify Katbay as soon as possible.
